The Residence is situated in the heart of the Dolomites enchanting alpine world in Welschnofen - South Tyrol, far away from noise and traffic, in sunny position. Enjoy the breathtaking panorama on Rosengarten and Latemar and leave daily stress behind. Many of the guests have been visiting and enjoying the wonderful Dolomites, now a world natural heritage site, for years now.
The modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments (for 2-7 persons) offer the perfect ambiance to make you feel at home from the first day on. On request, the Obkircher family will be glad to provide you with fresh bread in the morning or with drinks. W-LAN and Flat TV in all apartment. In winter, a ski storage room with boot dryer will be at your disposal. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments!
At the end of an exciting day in the mountains or on the ski slopes there’s nothing better than spending some relaxing moments in the new sauna area with Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, refreshing shower and relaxation zone. The large garden with children’s playground and barbecue facilities is the perfect place where to unwind and forget daily stress.
