Apartments Ilse 

This recently built house, in a quiet and sunny position, is situated only 500 m from the centre of the village with its shops and bars, restaurants, beverage shop, pharmacy and the new cable car. The apartment (approx. 65 m2) is very comfortable and well equipped with a light-coloured furniture.
It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 small room with two beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, WC, a living room with oven, Sat-TV, free WI-FI and a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, icebox, toaster). The apartment has a separate entrance; the car parking is situated directly in front of the house. On request, we will be glad to bring you some fresh bread in the morning.
The new cable car will bring you directly from the center of Nova Levante to the skiing and hiking paradise Rosengarten - Latemar - Carezza.
DOLOMITI SUPERSKI, with 1200 kilometers of ski slopes, is a paradise for all winter athletes! If you want to go skiing, you don’t have to use the car because the next ski bus stop is just 100m away from the apartment Welscher. The ski bus is free and will bring you in 2 minutes (400 m) to the new ski area CAREZZA.
The Skiarea CAREZZA-KARERSEE starts in Welschnofen and has 40 km ski slopes, snowparks, funparks for families, trails and toboggan. If this is not enough for you, there are also other nice ski areas near Welschnofen, like OBEREGGEN, the SELLARONDA or the ski area MARMOLADA. All these ski areas are called DOLOMITI SUPERSKI.
Welschnofen is also nice for ski-tours and walks with snowshoes. Wonderful trails are on the Frin in Carezza.
In the summer the house is the ideal starting point for walks, climbing, mountain bike excursions and daily trips to the attractions of the area as for example the astronomic observatory in San Valentino, the Christomannos monument or the one of Princess Sissy in Carezza, the Lake of Carezza and many others.
We are always available to give you some advise for some nice excursions.
For those who like swimming or relaxing under the sun can visit the sport center of Nova Levante, in which there is a swimming pool.
Do you like shopping? Bolzano and Merano are two good places, and in the archeological museum in Bolzano is exposed the "Mummy of the glaciers": Otzi.
